Building on the baseline training,
Cultural Proficiency: A Way of Being, in this workshop facilitated by Ekow Edzie & Susan Richards, participants reflect on journeys in
culturally-proficient, family partnering through the digital-stories of your peers
. You will have the opportunity to reflect on the family engagement beliefs and practices of your peers in the OST community and to discuss practices in leveraging digital media as a professional development tool. Working in teams, participants will conduct “deep dives,” into digital stories about our journey to build culturally-proficient, family partnering strategies in Cambridge OST.
